Riding the local trails around the JJ Melbourne Hills Memorial Reserve be part of the first ever competitive enduro mountain biking event held in Sydney itself.
A timed event held on Saturday, take all day to put in your best times on the various trails around the JJ Melbourne Hills Memorial Reserve.

Four timed stages at JJ Melbourne Hills Memorial Reserve, Terrey Hills
Race Day Saturday 14th September
- Registration 8am – 845am (collection of race plate and timing chip) at the trail head
- Competitors briefing: 845 – 850 am at the trail head
- Race commences at 9 am
- Race ends 3pm
The event will be timed, recorded, displayed and publicised online using the Sportident AIR+ package product.
Competitors will collect race plates and timing chips between 8:45 am – 12 pm Saturday morning.
You must check the timing chip is on at the test station after you have picked it up
The timing chips must be returned on conclusion of your last race run so the results can be uploaded to the live platform. If you have a mechanical or withdraw early return to the event centre and return your chip and let a marshal know you are leaving.
If you lose your timing chip you will have no race results. You must find the chip immediately! There is no point continuing your race or practice run. There are no replacements. Advise a Marshall ASAP who will help you look for it.
If you fail to return your timing chip you will be responsible for its replacement at $100/chip.
If you require first aid assistance then see your nearest marshall who will contact the first aid team
- Full face helmet is mandatory (removable chinbar helmets allowed).
- U17 and younger categories also must wear knee and elbow guards as well as full finger gloves.
- We further recommend neck and back protection.
- Body armour is recommended.
All Junior and especially Under 15/13 riders are expected to have at least sighted the trails on the mountain and be riding appropriate bikes for the terrain. The minimum age allowed is 11 year old for U13, please get in touch with the GG club if you think that your little shredder is capable and can handle the trails. Parent or guardians will have to ride with them on their runs.
*There will be NO on the day entry into the event.
Online entry only, we have limited timing chips so avoid disappointment and register asap!
Entrants will require a valid MTBA license. One day licenses are available.
A nominal entry fee will be charged to cover the costs of running the event.
All the trails will be closed for racing only(including pumptrack) during the events on Saturday except for the Demo loop and skill park.
